Maritime Charity Launches New Golf Tournament

MONCTON — The Harvest House Atlantic has launched it’s first ever Golf Tournament in support of their charitable work across Eastern Canada.

The Harvest, founded in 1997 by Cal Maskery, acts as shelter for the impoverished, rehabilitates the addicted and ministers to the broken and the oppressed.

Many communities throughout Eastern Canada have requested the partnership of the Harvest House to assist with their local needs to which local organizations and churches were just not equipped. This saw the planting of several new locations, that continue to spread the good news of Christ to people who are broken and in dire need.

The Golf Classic serves as a vehicle to spread awareness of the Harvest House Vision and foster a spirit of change and hope, where a life of crime and the street was thought to be the only option.

This will be the first annual Harvest House Golf Classic, which kicks of the Fall season, Sunday, September 21st @ 2:00pm.

Teams of 4 are invited to register in support of their local business, organization or Church, in pursuit of the coveted HHA Golf Classic trophy.
